Bilingual More than 2 years experienced Certified by the DRNA, (Departamento de Recursos Naturales Ambientales de Puert Rico), "Department of Natural and Environmental Resources of Puerto Rico" Certified by the U.S. Coast Guard

CPR licensed Marine Biologist Knowledge Customer Service Trained Certified by the American Canoeing Association (ACA) and Aire Libre Inc. (CPR and Kayak Risk Management)

Also, our friendly and professional staff carries radio communications, flashlights, and specialized lights during the tours. These lights will let you recognize tour guides any moment at any place. They also allow the guides to be informed of the movement and performance of all our guests and allow the opportunity to assist you any time you need it.
